Service Description

This reservation is for a private, oceanfront condo located in a quiet, gated community in San José del Cabo. The space is designed for guests who prefer a relaxed, residential setting rather than a busy resort environment. Weekly and monthly stays are available, with pricing varying by season and length of stay. The condo is well suited for couples, solo travelers, and longer visits. Once your reservation is confirmed, on-site support is provided by El Zalate Property Management to assist during your stay. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week prior to check-in. Payments are accepted via Venmo or Zelle. Payment details will be provided after your reservation request is confirmed.
